Es ist so dumm, naiv, infantil, überstilisiert, unsinnig und dekadent, dass die Beatles nicht einmal in ihrer Glanzzeit damit durchkommen konnten, aber im Laufe der Zeit gelangt dieser musikalische Exzess den Stempel des Kultigen, weil das, was zur Zeit seiner Entstehung dumm war, plötzlich lustig ist. Ein exemplarischer Fall eines "Films", der so schlecht ist, dass er lustig ist.
