Juugo Yama is a boy who was disowned by his father and forced to transfer to a high school on an artificial island. He begins to live by himself, only to discover his room is haunted by the ghost named Nanana Ryugajou. She was murdered ten years ago and cannot rest in peace until her killer is found. Before her death, Nanana collected things from all over the world and hid them on the island. Juugo and Nanana work together to find these treasures and use their mysterious powers to find the culprit of the murder. (Madman Entertainment)

A pretty hilarious ad for the subject matter. It's got its secrets you want to uncover, but you’d pretty much just peek behind the curtain for a few seconds. What you see isn't bad, but it doesn't tell you much. The main character is more than just a physically adept horny teenager, Nanana is more than just a busty roommate addicted to pudding, and overall the other characters aren't bad either. Given more of that, I wouldn't be mad. Because who would care who killed her.
