Ouroboros has fossilized Rhino Bone and the Melbourne Lab has been destroyed. Danger keeps coming to Shougo and the Earth. In order to help move equipment from Melbourne to the Los Angeles lab, Shougo receives permission from his father to stay in Melbourne for a while. Before he leaves, he pauses to look at the progress being done on rebuilding Saho's house, and thinks back on everything that's happened since he first became Dragon Bone's adept.
