Rick ist ein leicht gestörter Alkoholiker mit einer großen wissenschaftlichen Begabung, der erst seit kurzer Zeit wieder mit seiner Familie vereint ist. Die meiste Zeit verbringt Rick damit, seinen Enkel Morty auf absurde Ausflüge in den Weltraum und in parallele Universen mitzunehmen, was weder zu einem entspannten Familienleben beiträgt noch vorteilhaft für Mortys Schulkarriere ist. The creators really take their time with this series, but every moment of waiting has paid off for me so far. And that holds true for the opening episode of the fourth season as well, which delivered everything I love about this show. Rick's still throwing political correctness out the window, risking Morty's life in dangerous situations, and there's no shortage of blood, guts, and all that good stuff.
