Kimi ni todoke

I really liked the beginning of this one, I wasn't even sure how. I liked the opening and ending themes, I let them play every time. I even liked Sawako's narration at the beginning, I actually liked a lot of things at the beginning, but by the end I was overstuffed with it and I had been watching an episode/week. Too long and slow for what the anime wants to say, plus again it ends with "and if you want to see how they got together, buy/open the manga". It's not a bad anime, you just get sick of it too quickly and then you just watch it out of curiosity to see if it goes anywhere. It doesn’t. Plus Sawako is just too annoying at times. But the manga is supposedly much better. (31.03.2010)
