This is an extremely peculiar film where certain scenes bothered me in terms of how they were shot and the visuals, but on the contrary, some captivated me with their brilliance. In them, Takashi Miike shows why he is such a popular and innovative creator. He is classified as mainstream, but he is original, just like his films, where this one has a very strange plot that, however, works.
