Ein Wissenschaftler des erfolglosen Philadelphia-Experiments versetzt eine Mannschaft der Navy-Seals zurück in die Kreideperiode, um die erste Mannschaft zu retten, die er während der 40er Jahre dorthin sendete. Die Dinge gehen drunter und drüber und da wundert es den Zuschauer nicht, dass die Männer bei ihrer Rückkehr einen riesigen menschenfressenden Dinosaurier mitbringen. I like to laugh at creators for their cheapness, but this is an extreme that mirrors creative dilettantism and incompetence. The cheapness of the special effects, the set design, and the stupidity of the plot could be forgiven if the wannabe tough guys were at least a little funny and the overgrown lizard combining Godzilla with a T-Rex had at least some table manners and didn't eat people in one gulp. This is a disgustingly long hour and a half that someone wanted to tease torrent lovers who were searching for a film that sounded similar. Although it’s not that long, it certainly entertained royally on screen at the time.
