Drei sehr schöne Dokumentarfilme, welche die Entdeckung der Galapagosinseln und die Einzigartigkeit von manchen Inseln sowie den Tieren zeigen, die dort (und einige sogar NUR dort) leben. Schade, dass sich die Themen der einzelnen Folgen überschneiden und manche Aufnahmen sowie Teile des Begleitkommentars sogar wiederholen. Es wäre vernünftiger gewesen, wenn man sich in jeder Folge auf eine andere Sache konzentriert hätte. Ein besonderes Lob hat die großartige Verpackung der 3 DVDs aus hartem Papier verdient, die wie ein schönes Buch aussieht.
