Macht Liebe blind? Die Antwort gibt diese schräge, Oscar-nominierte Außenseiter-Komödie. Sonderling Lars Lindstrom (Ryan Gosling) ist so scheu, dass selbst sein Bruder Gus (Paul Schneider) und seine Schwägerin Karin (Emily Mortimer) kaum Kontakt zu ihm haben.
