Frisch verheiratet beziehen Molly und Carl Peterson ihr erstes gemeinsames Haus. Mit der trauten Zweisamkeit ist es bald vorbei, denn Carls Kumpel Randy Dupree steht vor der Tür. Er hat gerade Freundin und Wohnung verloren und sucht Unterschlupf. Ihn bei sich aufzunehmen, hat fatale Folgen. Pechvogel Randy sorgt mit derbem Junggesellcharme für Chaos. Dabei ist er jedoch so liebenswert. Für Carl wohl zu sehr, denn allmählich macht sich sein bester Freund an Ehefrau Molly heran. (ORF)

Owen Wilson is probably the brightest side of this movie, and I thought he would be the annoying one. Matt Dillon is much worse, and this is a movie where Kate Hudson and Seth Rogen, who have a small role here, play. I wasn't entertained, I didn't laugh, and I was almost sorry that Michael Douglas is also in it. However, he didn't harm it in any way.
