Englisch Did you also get that X-Files vibe? A very disturbing idea about the very current topic of social networks as a breeding ground for evil (but that applies to every Black Mirror that doesn’t address traditionally simple topics). The music deserves special praise too, at least the main score, which can generate an almost apocalyptic atmosphere every time you hear it. Another point goes for the occasional humour (“You are Batman” :D). Unfortunately, I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the climax. Instead of properly escalating, it sort of fizzles out, even though the events that end up taking place could have been the basis of an extremely strong series finale. ()

Englisch Detective stories rarely come my way, but when a good one appears, I usually don't pass on it. In his most ambitious work to date, Charlie Brooker pays homage to the Nordic phenomena of the last decade and, despite a pleasantly disturbing atmosphere, bites off more than he can chew. Ninety minutes in this case is truly an unmanageable dose, confirming that the main creator of the series is, willingly or unwillingly, a megalomaniac who almost always overdoes everything in the end. This time, he also tries to drive me crazy by using one of the characters as a narrator during the investigation, who four times astonishedly stares at the monitor with some breakthrough information for that moment, loudly announcing to everyone around that the case is finally solved. Black Mirror has something to it, but it has definitively become somewhat distasteful to me with this tired homage to every other crime story. ()

Englisch A morality piece about the harmfulness of the social networks combined with a horror about killer bees. Every hater should see it. The screen play works excellently with the unraveling of the facts …that’s impossible… it’s got military-grade encryption…oh, wait a minute! Maybe it should have got tougher at the end, #the banners were crying out for more response. Kelly Macdonald’s brutal Scottish accent, who is perfect for the role of cynical cop, is music to my ears. See? ()
