Travaris Spears makes his feature film debut in Admission, which he filmed at age 11. The Rochester, NY native is no stranger to the spotlight. The now-12-year-old rising star has appeared in a major music video, short films, television, print ads, and on stage.
In 2012, Mr. Spears was selected from among 600 kids to participate in the Disney Theatrical Productions Skills Program presentation of The Lion King.
He is an avid comic book reader, trained guitar player, accomplished tap dancer, and a Gleason's Gym competitive boxer.
Mr. Spears' feature films are two independent ones, Michel Chahade's Asa and Peter Cousens' The Underground Railroad (formerly known as Something Whispered).
