Oriol Paulo

Oriol Paulo studied Audiovisual Communication at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Film at the Los Angeles Film School. He has worked as a scriptwriter for several television series and has also signed TV movie screenplays. For cinema, he was the co-screenwriter of the horror thriller Los ojos de Julia (Guillem Morales, 2010). Having directed several short films and the TV movie Ecos (2006), he debuted in feature filmmaking with El cuerpo (2012), followed by Contratiempo (2016) and Durante la tormenta (2018). He is also the screenwriter and director of the Netflix series El inocente (The Innocent). Los renglones torcidos de Dios (God's Crooked Lines) is his fourth feature film.
