Maša Zia Lenárdič

Maša Zia Lenárdič graduated from Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security in Ljubljana. In 2011 she starts working as a self-taught freelance filmmaker (camera assistant, director, cinematographer, editor, still photographer). She has been a camera assistant, still photographer and second cameraman in several feature films, documentaries, promo films and ads since 2011. Her first independent short film Take It / Break It (2011) has been screened at twenty international film festivals all around the world. In October 2012 she finished her second independent short film (A)Typical Couple. Documentary Queer Artivism (2013) is her first feature length film.
