Sol Berruezo Pichon-Rivière

Sol Berruezo Pichon-Rivière studied Filmmaking at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires. In 2017 he won first prize in the Ópera Prima competition, organised by the Argentina’s Film Institute. Mamá, mamá, mamá (Mum, Mum, Mum), his first feature film, was completely made by women, referring both to the technical team and to the cast. It was shown in the Generation Kplus section of the Berlin Festival, where it received a Special Mention from the International Jury.
