Biografie

After graduating from Zaragoza’s Escuela de Arte, she moved to Barcelona to study Cinema at the Pompeu Fabra University. Together with Ivet Castelo, she directed the feature film Ojos negros (2019) in collaboration with Iván Alarcón and Sandra García. The film was presented at various festivals, including BAFICI, the D’A Film Festival Barcelona, Seminci’s Spanish Cinema section and the Malaga Festival, where it was awarded the Silver Biznaga for best Spanish film in the Zonazine section. Her second feature film, Muyeres (2023), was selected by various film labs such as IDFA, Sources 2, MAFIZ (FIDBA WIP DOC Award), REC (Eclair Award), Cinespaña and Márgenes/ Work. The world premiere of the film took place at the Shanghai Festival, where it won the Grand Jury Prize and the award for best cinematography. She also worked on the script and direction of the documentary series Terenci: La fabulación infinita, produced by Filmin.
