Anna Melikyan

Anna Melikjan (1976) is and Armenian screenwriter and director. She began making films with short and medium-length films and also worked in television. She gained experience abroad in the areas of production and post-production and later added film studies and graduated in directing from the Russian State Film Institute (VGIK) in Moscow. She made her feature-film debut with feature fantasy film Mars (Марс, 2004) and further made the award-winning film Mermaid … (mehr)
