James Toh

JAMES TOH collaborated with Eric Khoo on the screenplay for the critically acclaimed 12 Storeys in 1997. An ex-management consultant, he is now a partner at Zhao Wei Films. He has also gone behind the camera and among others, has directed an episode for the TV series Drive and a segment in the love trilogy, Stories About Love. More significantly, he wrote the White Paper which resulted in the formation of the Singapore Film Commission in 1997.
