Benedict Andrews is a theatre and opera director. Over the past decade, he has built up an iconoclastic body of work in both Australia as well in Europe and North America. On stage, he has worked with an extraordinary roll call of actors including Isabelle Huppert, Sienna Miller, Gillian Anderson, Ben Foster, Vanessa Kirby and Elizabeth Debickie, as well as repeat collaborations with Cate Blanchett. His feature film debut Una (2016), which had its world premiere at the Telluride Festival, competed at the London Festival and was shown at that of Toronto. Seberg, his second feature, was presented out of competition in the Official Selection at the Venice Festival.
