Biografie

He studied at the Emile Cohl School and published as an illustrator with Grimm Press. For several years he contributed to the success of the Folimage studio in films such as Ma petite planète chérie (1995) or Patate et le jardin potager (2001). He later authored the Mica series (Ricochets Productions) and worked on the feature film Mia et le Migou (2008), directed by Jacques-Rémy Girerd, with whom he co-directed Tante Hilda! in 2013. In 2014 he directed his first short, Tigers Tied Up in One Rope, and in 2016, he directed Midnight’s Garden, which was nominated for a César award. Sirocco and the Kingdom of Air Streams (2023) is his first solo feature film, and won the Audience Award at the Annecy Festival.
