La Vie sur Mars

Maria misses her brother. It’s a hot summer and Maria spends her time hanging out near her home on Corsica. But everything feels different, and she gets on her moped and drives off to a magical place where the night sky is endless and star-filled. But even the important places have lost their meaning. Tomorrow is her her brother’s 20th birthday and Maria wonders if he continues to grow older even when he’s no longer there. (BUFF International Film Festival)
