Whole

Isolated on the steppes lives a pair in a tent. The wife is happy, though she was born without eyes. The man experiences constantly fruitless labour in trying to make her a pair of eyes. Neither Shamanism, Biology nor Mechanics is of use...so he decides to one day sacrifice one of his own eyes. At first she is reluctant to accept this gift, but after discovering a new dimension through sight, her curiousity turns into a dangerous greed.
