I discovered Katherine Ryan on The Fix, and I was immediately drawn to her slightly condescending demeanor and the fact that she's not your typical good girl. Her performance truly entertained me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much interaction there was with the audience. That's not something you see often in a comedy special. It was a really cool, relaxed show that made me laugh. / Lesson learned: If I took one of those tests where you spit in a tube, I probably would have to be belatedly deported.
