Industrial Symphony No. 1: The Dream of the Broken Hearted

David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti present something that can truly be called nothing less than an immersive performance. It is a long musical journey accompanied by scripted/performance sequences. Musically beautiful, it perfectly fits the name "Industrial Symphony". At times it truly feels like a symphony, other times almost cacophonous. Julee Cruise has a wonderful voice and fortunately, she is given a lot of space here. A beautiful experience. It must have sounded even better live. (07.03.2014)
