I've been putting off watching this show for a while now because I was afraid of another massive dose of BLM propaganda, but it turns out my fears were unsubstantiated. The series was based on actual events, and although the plot was enriched in more ways than one for obvious reasons, it didn’t get turned into a woke farce. That is to say that the series would not have gotten the green light on Netflix on several counts. I'm looking forward to the next season. The first one gets a very strong four from me. 4*+
