There's nothing in Let's Be Evil that will outright surprise you, there's nothing that will blow your mind because the plot is pretty transparent. The suspenseful scenes mainly use darkness and strange coloring, but overall it just doesn't work very well. It's like something you've seen before, only in a better form, with better special effects and better focus.
