There are people in Iran who swallow pre-packaged drugs wilfully or under duress to transfer them across the border to other countries. They are called Body Packers. They carry opium, heroin, cocaine or amphetamine sealed in layers of plastic wrap. But the story does not end there. When you swallow the packages, it's not being caught by the police that you fear the most. Your greatest fear is that the package is not sealed properly and will start leaking. Then the dying process starts: dilated pupils, slower breathing, ruptured intestines, and finally heart failure. (Warsaw Film Festival)
