Die Terroristen des Verbrechers Ernst Blofeld haben zwei Cruise-Missiles gestohlen. Mehrere Großstädte sollen damit in Schutt und Asche gelegt werden, wenn nicht immense Geldbeträge auf diversen Bankkonten eintreffen. James Bond soll die Welt retten.
