Granny Na Ok-Boon (Na Moon-Hee) is a troublemaker. Known as the ‘goblin granny’ in her neighborhood market, she is the queen of civil complaints. Having filed more than 8,000 complaints in her day she makes the lives of her neighbors, and the civil servants down at city hall, quite miserable. But when she overhears the newest civil servant at the office, Park Min-Jae (Lee Je-Hoon), speaking English, she becomes set on a new mission. Get Min-Jae to teach her English at all costs.
