Was this a hastily put together rip-off of Don’t Breathe or are the similarities just pure coincidence? :D Overall, it’s a decently executed horror snack with a trumped-up and uneven plot that can be watched without harm.

Recovery is a film that won't offend you, and it’s kind of ordinary and probably won't evoke many horror feelings. That’s not to say that it has no potential. It has characters that are relatively good, the villain is definitely memorable, and yet his appearance is simple on the surface. In this sense, simplicity works in Recovery. Perhaps it’ll win you over.
