While crossing the road, Zac tumbles on the pavement and ends up hurting his right ankle. Mrs Zolli bandages Zac's ankle. Zac's father Mr Zoey on hearing this he tells him what an excellent first aider Zolli is and this inspires Zou to be one. So, Zou's mom and grandma help him make a first aid kit.
