Irgendwann, vielleicht nach der Apokalypse: Einsiedler Mariano haust in einer Ruine. Ah, “Art”. And silly me for looking forward to it after the trailer. Unfortunately, those ninety seconds are pretty much everything interesting that it has to offer. But maybe someone will wank to it…

We Are the Flesh, a Mexican-French co-production, has an idea deep down in there somewhere, but when you watch it, you get the sense that it’s hidden by the shallow pornographic nudity and the attempt to shock, which it honestly fails to do, though I was surprised at how pornographic the film was in places. After all, there aren't that many pornographic horror movies. But this one probably won't excite you much.
