Bobry

Bobry is a name of already non-existing punk band. They produced one demo, then they split and all the members slowly gave up their dreams about music and great career. Marcin has just returned from Ireland and with humiliating feelings of failure he decides to kill himself. However, he is rescued from the suicide by an accidental discovery of an advertisement according which his late guitar is being sold. Marcin decides to get his guitar back and to revive the band. He reunites the band consisted of Klocek, Stink and Marcin himself. Klocek makes his living as a dealer of psychotropic pills stolen out of the stores of the mental hospital where Klocek is hospitalized in. The other guy from the band, Stink, overtook a family business and managers the public toilets. The film describes the reunion of the band parallel to the activities of the deaths that are shown as corrupted officers who just care about tidy paper work in the film. Marcin´s suicidal attempt is listed in a schedule of Reaper´s who is a degenerated version of a death, driving in a trashy black hearse, drinking heavily, trying his best to persuade Marcin to kill himself properly. It is the only way how the Reaper can quit the boring job on Earth. The race with death accelerates rapidly, as a drug addicted policeman occurs. (3Kino)
