A government agent (Heather Locklear) is assigned to track down a mysterious assassin (Stephen Rea) who has been killing drug dealers. Using herself as bait she manages to find the killer, but she realizes that his situation is more complex than she might have thought. An energetic action thriller featuring a good cast.
