Sami und Julie sind ein komisches Paar: Juli eine ambitionierte Anwältin, Sami ein gechillter Musiker. Er sitzt mit seinem besten Freund Fernand auf der Terrasse seines Zimmers im Altenheim und sie trinken, rauchen und basteln an den neuen Liedern für ihre Tournee. Da nichts in der Beziehung voran geht, entscheidet Juli eine Pause zu machen. Mit der Hilfe seines alten Freundes Fernand versucht Sami Juli klarzumachen, dass sie die Liebe seines Lebens ist. The Swiss film specialty are comedies that are not normal under any circumstances. Rather, they are very strange, and almost every time this strangeness holds me back from rating it with more than three stars. Once, it was about a family that lived by the highway. Other time, it was about a fat grandmother who had a terrible mess at home. Now it’s about artists who don’t know what they want. But perhaps I am too critical of the Swiss because I cannot shake the feeling that, as a nation, they have everything they can think of, and it is difficult for them to come up with something that could interest the rest of European nations. Anyway, I admit that the boy acted quite well. Still better than the best Swiss music gem – DJ Bobo.
