Der Krieg zwischen Vampiren und Werwölfen spitzt sich dramatisch zu. Marius, der neue Anführer der erstarkten Lykaner, ist auf der Jagd nach Selene und deren Tochter Eve, um durch ihr Blut seine Truppen unbesiegbar zu machen.
