The first season was excellent. The plot totally drew me in, the setting was depressing, the atmosphere was unsettling to the point of suffocating, filled to the brim with paranoia. With films or series like this, I always realize how great it is that the United States is and always will be the hub of global democracy. That is unless you happen to be a woman, a black person, an Indian, or a person with an opinion. The cast was perfect, especially David Harbour and Peter Stormare.
