Sein finales Werk behandelt die Gewalt und Zerstörung, die in manchen Fassetten unserer technisierten Welt geradezu kultiviert werden. Godfrey Reggio behandelt dieses Thema allerdings nicht auf eine überaus moralisierende Weise, sondern mit Hilfe einer stark verfremdeten Bilderflut, deren Ästhetik allein die Formen des Handels, nicht aber deren Schrecken vermitteln. I can't help but find this film most interesting in terms of what was depicted, specifically in what collage and with what tools were used (filtering, blending, which is truly captivating in the artistic works at the end), but otherwise, the film doesn't have much narrative power for me. One can think about it, but one can think about anything in this way, because everything can stir one's imagination.
