Fran (Marta Flich) und Miriam (Almudena León) sind zwei lesbische Vampire, die in Mittelengland auf einem alten Anwesen leben. Ihre Nahrungsquelle: Männer und Frauen auf der Durchreise. Sie schenken ihnen eine leidenschaftliche Nacht, um ihnen danach auf bestialische Weise das Leben zu nehmen. Vampyres isn't meant to be groundbreaking, but it's a film that taps into old mythology/history - Countess Bathory - and also follows the tradition of similar movies like Daughters of Darkness, to mention one that's part of "101 Horror Movies You Must See Before You Die." You get some satisfaction in what you expect from the film, but it's nothing more than a lesbian vampire flick.
