Nach dem Massaker im Motel gelingt Ed und Peggy die Flucht. Hanzee ist den beiden jedoch dicht auf den Fersen. Ed wird durch einen Schuss verletzt und kann sich gerade noch mit Peggy in einem nahegelegenen Supermarkt verschanzen. Dort hoffen sie auf Rettung durch die Polizei. Mike Milligan trifft sich indes mit seinem Vorgesetzten. Er hofft, die Leitstelle in Fargo übernehmen zu können. Doch das Syndikat hat andere Pläne mit ihm. (ORF)

The final episode, while successful for the creators, I only rate it four stars. After the previous two episodes, I was so spoiled that this time the pace of the story seemed too slow to me. Nevertheless, it was a quality and dignified conclusion to the second season. I enjoyed the reward for Mike Milligan and the first encounter with Mr. Wrench and Numbers.
