The year 2010 was a year of sorrow in the music scene of Turku. That year saw the end of TVO, a famous Turku University student club, from where the sounds of subculture had been ringing out ever since the 1950s. In the film, this mecca of unrefined polyphony is reminisced, among others, by Kauko Röyhkä and M.A. Numminen. They rave about TVO's sweaty gigs, but you also hear tough criticism on the local politics.
