Es war die beste Nacht ihres Lebens wenn sie sich nur daran erinnern könnten! Ein Plattenvertrag bei einem Major-Label! Die Band Bad Math kann ihr Glück kaum fassen und zur Feier des Tages soll es die dickste Party geben, die sie je gefeiert haben. Gesagt getan: Hunderte von Leuten, laute Musik, betrunkene Mädels in Bikinis, Sex, Drogen und Alkohol in rauen Mengen... for free. Der nächste Morgen... Das Haus: zerstört, die Freundinnen: über alle Berge, der Plattenvertrag: verschwunden und... ein Toter im Pool?! FILMRISS! Die Jungs haben absolut keine Erinnerung an den Abend. Das einzige was geblieben ist, ist ein unglaublicher Kater. Was ist an diesem Abend der Abende eigentlich passiert? Das einzige was in so einer Situation helfen kann und da sind sich alle einig... ist ein weiterer FILMRISS, um die Szenen wieder zusammen zu führen. Los gehts! (kinokater)

What's another name for The Hangover? Apparently The Blackout. A few guys wake up after a night that was clearly very wild. A huge mess everywhere, and a couch that's still smoking. But what actually happened? We gradually learn this in flashbacks. Making The Hangover was a good idea because it had a screenplay that entertained and surprised me with a fairly original plot. The Blackout is a stupid imitation without any original ideas. Everything is repeated, just with unknown actors and a very boring story that makes you feel like crumbling away, much like the nonsense one has to endure here. When two people do the same thing, it's not the same thing. The stupidity of the film goes so far that it blatantly plagiarizes not only the entire concept and individual scenes but this time from other movies like American Pie or other party comedies.
