Für Alexander Cooper geht am Tag vor seinem zwölften Geburtstag alles schief. Kaugummi im Haar, vor seinem Schwarm blamiert, Chemie-Labor in Brand gesetzt und jetzt droht auch noch seine Party ein Flop zu werden. Seine Eltern und Geschwister sind mit sich selbst zu sehr beschäftigt, um ihm aus der Patsche zu helfen. Also wünscht er ihnen einen ebenso schrecklichen Tag. Prompt folgt eine Katastrophe der nächsten. Die Coopers erleben ihren wahren Alptraum, doch schlimmer geht immer. (ORF)

Dear, family film from Disney studio. It's full of emotions, it's cute, it looks great, and there are animals in it, although it's a shame about those digital tricks that are indispensable nowadays. But it's a fact that letting Steve Carell kick a kangaroo is probably not an easy task. I had fun and that's what I expected. Pleasant and also short.
