Arnold's tactics are downright evil. An entertaining look at the world of bodybuilding that goes by nicely and you kind of understand why.

Arnold is simply one of a kind, just like this documentary. I'm not a bodybuilding fan by any means, but I found this intriguing and appealing. 95%

Another excellent documentary that I have seen recently. It is not as powerful as, for example, the documentary about Kurt Cobain, or rather not as innovative in terms of form, but it is still an excellent glimpse into the background of the Mr. Olympia competition, in which Arnold Schwarzenegger participated again in 1975. However, it is not just about him, which I like about the documentary. Lou Ferrigno or Franco Columbu also get enough space.
