Die beiden Kleinganoven Brian und Charlie wollen ihr Leben neu ordnen. Damit dies auch gelingt, stehlen sie dem Bandenboss Casey zwei Koffer voller Geld. Casey setzt alles daran, sie zu finden, um sein Geld zurückzubekommen und sich für den Verrat zu rächen. Auf ihrer Flucht verstecken sich die beiden als Nonnen verkleidet in einem Frauenkloster – das bleibt natürlich nicht ohne neue Probleme und Versuchungen. Eric Idle and Robbie Coltrane are a pretty good duo to carry the entire film, but I feel that in terms of humor, there was a bit more that could have been gotten from it than was ultimately achieved. It just seems to be a worse variation of Some Like It Hot without the viewer being able to actually remember it and come back to the film.
