After many years away, 25-year-old Ana returns from Buenos Aires to her hometown. She is looking for her past but when she arrives it turns out there's not much left. She walks the streets and along the riverbank on a hot summer day; places she used to know very well. She feels at home (here), but also like a stranger. One day, she notices on the local newspapers a photo of her former love, Mariano. This triggers her desire re-encounter him.
