Norwegian filmmaker Solveig is a successful and optimistic woman bursting with energy. Ever since school she has been a perfectionist, used to succeeding at everything she does. But one day her perfect life comes to a screeching halt. She is diagnosed with clinical depression and Solveig's next project becomes a film about herself. She searches for the roots of her illness in her own family's history and in her constant need to always be the "good girl". The director's candid journal touches on themes of vulnerability and taboos but even in its darkest moments, it does not lack in humour. (One World)
