"1313: Night of the Widow" is simply a movie where it is very apparent that anyone can make a film nowadays, because it's not important if you have any skills, but rather if you can get to the camera and convince a few people to act in front of it. I'm not sure if DeCoteau has such charisma or what, but he definitely can't direct. "1313: Night of the Widow" is just another proof of that.
