Die junge Apothekerin Alice (Alice Taglioni) ist Single, glücklich in ihrem Beruf und begeisterter Fan der Regie-Legende Woody Allen. Seit ihrer Jugend helfen ihr in Momenten von Zweifel und Furcht die Zwiegespräche mit ihrem großen Idol, sowie die Lebensweisheiten und Filme, die er hervorgebracht hat. Alice geht sogar soweit zu glauben, dass er der Mann für sie ist, auch wenn ihre Eltern die Mittdreißigerin lieber früher als später verheiratet sähen. Erst als sie den attraktiven Victor (Patrick Bruel) kennenlernt, wird ihr Interesse geweckt und der Wunsch, endlich von ihrem Traummann erobert zu werden, erwacht in ihr. Doch zu Alices Pech scheint sich Victor in keinster Weise für die Apothekerin zu interessieren. Ob sich auch für dieses Problem eine Lösung in den Werken des ewigen Regie-Neurotikers finden wird? A positive gem with the enchantingly talkative Alice Taglioni, from which it is evident at first glance that it was made for all film fans and it pleasantly sets the mood with humor, romance, and nostalgia. And it doesn't matter at all whether the faces watching you from the posters on the wall are those of Woody Allen, Darth Vader, or Kristen Stewart.

"You have a family that's been shot too?" - "Ours is pathologically unremarkable. My grandmother is 102, my grandfather is 106. Even God has forgotten them. Once they realize this, they will take revenge on my generation."... I love Woody Allen and this pleasant romance full of genuine French charm and a bit of an homage to his films immediately struck a chord with me. Intoxicated by the harmonizing tones of pleasant melodies, completely in the style of the subtle guy with glasses, I willingly let the story take me beyond the limits of everyday life...
