Ein sehr gut gemachter Film mit einer interessanten Handlung. Ich mochte den Film, aber das Ende war etwas enttäuschend, meiner Meinung nach war es etwas ausgelaugt - unvollendet (ich hatte mir einen besseren Höhepunkt der Handlung vorgestellt). Der Gesamteindruck des Films ist jedoch gut, wozu auch die Leistungen der beiden Hauptdarsteller beitragen.

What a surprise! A film I wasn't expecting much from delivered a well-constructed story that didn’t stray away too much from the original storyline. I enjoyed the film even though I knew how it would end. The filmmakers managed to handle the book really well and I was far from bored. My gripes are the overly simplistic ending and the very unrealistic gas explosion which smacked of sheer stupidity.
